Description
The harvest yield of a rose crop is very high in volume. This high volume offers the opportunity to achieve a high sales volume. On the other hand, the high volume of production makes sorting the roses a more challenging job. The rose grading machine makes sorting roses very easy. Rose sorting machines sort roses by length, after which they are bound nicely and flat per bunch. In the automatic bunching machine, the roses are hung from the flower bud. The length of the stem is measured via sensors. A camera is available as an option and can measure the stem thickness or the stage of opening (flowering) of the rose. After this, the rose is sent to the right bunching station. In this station, the roses are bound in bunches of 10, 15 or 20 roses and cut to one single length. This way of sorting roses is very efficient and labour-saving with a capacity of up to 10,000 roses per hour. In addition, a rose grader improves quality by making tight uniform bunches. That is why a rose grading machine is an investment that quickly pays for itself.
Our used rose grading machines are fully technically inspected and delivered under warranty.
