Description
A potting machine is a tool that supports the automatic filling of pots with potting soil. In general, a potting machine consists of a soil lifting system and a pot transport system. The pots are released onto a carousel by the potting machine. Subsequently, the pot turns further onto the carousel and is then filled with potting soil from the substrate depot. Afterwards the filled pots are transported to the transport system where the filled pots can then be removed or directly transported to the next step in the production process. By means of the potting machine you can pot faster than this would ever be possible by hand. This makes the potting machine an indispensable instrument in medium to large-scale horticultural environments.
