Transplanter Visser

The transplant machine (or Trans-planter / Transplant Robot) is an extension for your potting machines, which helps to automate the potting process to the extend where there is almost no need for human interaction anymore. It is a machine that has the ability to work with nearly every common tray from all tray suppliers. The goal of the machine is to reduce the labour-intensity of the transplanting process. The machine is supplied with high-tech grippers which are mounted in rows. The more grippers on the machine, the higher the working capacity is. Plants are taken of the trays by these grippers, after which they are potted using a series of extending needles. This technique ensures that the quality of the grow is untouched, especially in comparison with traditional (manual) transplanting of plants.
